I ordered this trunk after the first trunk I ordered from another company arrived damaged and had to be returned. This trunk arrived in perfect condition. The outer box was undamaged and the inner box was well wrapped and protected from any possible outer damage. The only assembly was to screw on the legs. The trunk is sturdy and has a good depth for storage. The hinges are a good quality with screws that secure well to the trunk. Construction was done well and all seams were finished. It fits perfectly under the window in my bedroom. I would definitely recommend and if I needed another trunk, this would be my first choice.

Product Description

The Hanna Instruments HI 98129 is a multi-parameter tester that measures pH, electro-conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids (TDS), and temperature, and features automatic temperature compensation (ATC), an LCD screen, automatic shut-off, and a waterproof body that floats in water. The tester automatically compensates for the effects of temperature when taking pH and EC/TDS readings, so additional measurements and manual temperature entries are unnecessary.

The HI 98129 meter has a replaceable pH electrode with an extendable cloth junction, and an EC/TDS graphite electrode that is resistant to salts and other corrosives. These features extend the life of the meter by allowing for replacement of the electrodes. Calibration is automatic at one or two points, with two sets of memorized buffer values (pH 4.01/7.01/10.01 or 4.01/6.86/9.18). The EC/TDS conversion factor and temperature compensation coefficient (&Beta) is user-selectable.

The tester functions in temperatures of 0.0 to 60.0 degrees C/32.0 to 140.0 degrees F (+ or - 0.5 degrees C/1 degree F), and has a range of pH 0.0 to 14.0 (+ or - 0.05 pH). EC range is 0 to 3999 uS/cm, TDS range is 0 to 2000 ppm (+ or - 2% F.S), with respective resolutions 1 uS/cm and 1 ppm. At 3.5 ounces and 8.3 x 2.7 x 1.3 inches (H x W x D), the HI 98129 is sized for taking measurements in the field. (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.)

This is a great meter! If you are looking for PH and PPM this is it. My only suggestion is to buy all the solutions with it. You will spend close to $200 but you will have everything you will need for this. You will need to buy these 5 solutions:

Nantucket Table and Primary Chairs Review

I bought this product for my 3-year-old because it looked so cute online and because of the price. It's difficult to find a table with four chairs, rather than two. Initially I loved the product. It was easy to assemble and the colors looked great. Well, within a few weeks, the paint started chipping off all of the chairs except for the wood one. Soon after, the back of the green chair started to break apart risking a choking hazard, especially for my infant. And trust me, all we did was sit on those chairs - it's not like we threw them around or hammered things into them. I called KidKraft asking about touch-up paint and a new green back for the chair. They said they don't have paint but would be more than happy to send me a new back for all the colored chairs free of charge (it was still under the three-month warranty). I finally had the opportunity to replace the back of the chairs tonight and to my dismay, the holes for the screws from the new backs, didn't match the holes with the legs that I had. I decided to improvise and screw in two holes and not four so at least I have a back. Well, the hardware that I have didn't fit in the holes in the new backs (they didn't send me any hardware). So now I have three chairs with chipped paint, the green one is in the recycling bin since it's completely destroyed and the backs that they sent me are in a box in my garage. Needlesstosay, I'm very disappointed and upset about the quality of these chairs. Although they're cute for a week or two, it's not worth the price, hassle or stress. I don't recommend this product to anyone.

Our old Breville had taken a beating - I had to solder in a bypass to the on/off switch that had failed (why an on/off switch when there was a timer, I still don't understand). The timer was sketchy - it would sometimes grind for a second or two before stopping, other times at the same setting it would go for well past what it should have. But, it worked, and grinders are expensive. Finally, we ended up with a rock in a batch of beans and, well, problem solved.

After reading reviews on a number of sites, we settled on this Capresso 565. We tend to grind for French Press - I might occasionally do some drip if we have guests, or I have an old school Italian espresso pot that I use very rarely. So, the uniformity of grinds and dosing standards, along with durability are far more important to me.

This unit has several things going for it. It is in a nice, compact footprint that takes up less counter space than my previous machine. The hopper holds a fair amount of coffee - ~ 6 oz or so. Downside is that it's not tinted at all, and light isn't good for coffee. The motor is quiet, and when grinding, the noise is very limited - not enough to wake me when my wife makes a pot first thing in the morning. The design seems more rugged - pieces of the burr seem better made, and easily replaced, if needed. Overall, quality seems to be there. I will follow up over time about longevity.

Update 9/4/13: Almost 7 months of daily use, and this grinder is great! We find that timer #3 is perfect for our Bodum Kenya press coffee pots (we like it STRONG). Cleaning is easy, the grinder mechanism is still super sharp, and timing is predictable. Very, very pleased.

SEI Espresso Pyramid Trunk Cocktail Table Review

This table looks great and when I researched the various retail suppliers, Amazon had the best price (by far). The storage capacity is huge and it makes for a lovely piece. I did have a bit of an assembly issue with the instructions - check the diagram very carefully - the left and right sides are almost identical except for the holes drilled for the hinges (which I didn't catch on the diagram). When I tried to install the hinges, I realized I had the sides installed incorrectly - so I really should disassemble it. Eventually. I didn't install the legs as it would make the table too tall for in front of my fireplace and it looks great without the legs, so that's another option. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase.
