I have had my Health O Meter professional scale for almost forty years and it looks exactly like the one for sale here on amazon. I have always been a little weird about my weight....or maybe not. It's just that if I weigh 120 pounds, which I do in my dreams, I don't want to get on the scale and have it bounce down to 117 and then up to 124 and stick there, just because I moved a little while I was weighing myself. What good is that? I work hard to lose that 2 pounds, or maintain that 4 pound loss and I want to by gosh know exactly what I weigh. I had tried every kind of scale in existence at the time before I got my Health O Meter, and none of them gave me the same weight twice when I got on, then off, then on. No thank you. And they sure couldn't tell me if I weighed 119.25 or 120.75. Did I tell you I'm a little weird about my weight?

When I first received the parcel it seemed much too light to provide adequate cushioning and dissapointment started to set in. I really liked the design of this fireplace and after shopping and comparing MANY options... even others of the same design at other stores that were nearly twice the price, I decided to give this one a shot... wondering if the lower price meant it would be lesser quality.

I've been completely happy with this item. The fire is very realistic for an electric option. The heater cranks out the warmth and its contemporary design fits great in my modern home. While I"d love to have a REAL fireplace, this has been a great alternative for cozy winter nights. I even had a Christmas tree and stockings around it for the holidays.

Thomas Kinkade Illuminated Nativity Tabletop Tree: Glory To The Newborn King by Hawthorne Village Review

I have had this nativity tree for almost three years now and absolutely love it. It will be a treasured piece in my family for many more years to come.

Pros:
1. The detail work is amazing. Aside from the faces being average artistically, the piece is exquisite. It shows the wise-men making their way through the town with their camels. And the people going about their business, working, or in their homes. I'm not sure if Israel has palm trees but it is a nice touch.
2. With the push of a button you can play a nice christmas carol. Which is nice because it means you don't have to play the music if you don't want to. I have to double check but I believe it also has a volume setting as well.
3. It is electric. That means no batteries that need constant replacing!

Cons:
1. The lights are an odd yellow color.
2. The lights are not led which means they will need replacing much sooner and so far I have not found a way to do that.
3. I would prefer that the star at the top twinkled but it is not necessary.
