Sizable ~ classic doll house ~ total height 44 1/4" ~ width 31" ~ total depth 11 1/2" (inside depth 10 3/4")
While this doll house is of wood construction, meaning ~ it's of pressed wood (composite) ~ it is more delicate then it appears.
The graphics on the 'wood' are on paper glued to the sheets of wood which doesn't take much to lightly scuff / scratch it.
(Finger nails / & doll furniture can mar it)

The floors are a strong 3/8" thick ~ not to sound contradictory ~ but they are also the weakest point of the entire structure..
The reason being that the ends of the floor have a 1/8" screw hole (pre-drilled) which leaves only 1/8" thickness of wood strength
on either side ~ which I doubt would hold up very long ~ if a child repeatedly pressed very hard on the floors,
but with normal play / care the house should lasts for many years. Twenty-seven one inch screws adequately hold the house together.
The back wall is 1/8" thick.~ side walls 1/4" thick. The graphics are basic, but are nice enough.

Thirteen pieces of furniture come with the house ~ they're very chunky, and have a nice appeal with the house, but don't contain any detail.
All furniture is solid pink ~ I noticed a few runs of paint on a couple pieces ~ and the bathtub arrived with 3 very small nicks.
Although that's not of much importance ~ I can tell from this, that if a child bangs the edges they will produce flaked wood
which is typical of any composite wood whether it's in this doll house or ones home.

FURNITURE ~ All solid pink ~ All wood is 5/8" thick
1. 2 Kitchen chairs ~ 7" tall - 2 1/2" wide - 3" deep.
2. Kitchen Table ~ 3 3/4" tall - 3" wide - 6" long.
3. Couch ~ 4 1/2" tall - 6 1/2" wide - 3 1/2" deep ~ pink fabric covered seat.
4. Coffee Table ~ 2 1/2" tall - 4 1/4" square.
5. Tall Lamp ~ 9 1/2" tall - base 3" dia.
6. Bathtub ~ 4" tall - 3 3/4" wide - 8 1/2" long.
7. Chair ~ 4 1/2" tall - 4" wide - 3 1/2" deep ~ pink fabric covered seat.
8. Dresser ~ 9 1/2" tall - 5" wide - 2" deep ~ 2 shelves & bottom drawer that opens & is usable.
9. Lamp Table ~ 2 3/8" square.
10. Lamp ~ 3 1/1" tall - base 1 3/4" dia.
11. Bed ~ 4" tall - 5" wide - 9 1/2" long ~ with pillow & cloth covering for a mattress.
12. Armoire Closet ~ 8" tall - 5" wide -2 1/2" deep ~ doors open for actual use.

This isn't difficult to put together, it didn't seem to take me long to complete.
But the instructions are minimal, and although the pieces are number coded I felt my best guidance
was looking at the picture of the house on Amazon's product page,
which I printed off for future use, if / when the time comes to store the house for a while.

CONCLUSION ~ This is a nice house, but don't assume because it's 'wood' that it can take a beating.
If lovingly cared for and played with ~ the house should last for years, and bring countless hours of fun & entertainment.
The ceilings are 14" high, the rooms are large enough for Barbi's and the like.
